JetDrive is a disk defragmenter that offers file and folder defragmentation, as well as registry defragmentation and junk file removal. It can be run manually (as needed) or set to automatic mode to defragment selected drives whenever your computer is idle. Other features include folder visualization, system files degragmentation and cleaning of temporary files, however these features are disabled in the trial version.
